Leave Requests & Approvals
TimeTrackPk allows you to leave requests and approvals. Leave requests and approvals involve employees submitting time-off requests through a self-service portal, which then triggers an automated, configurable workflow to route the request to the admin for review. Admin can approve or reject requests, with the system updating the employee's balance and maintaining accurate records for payroll and compliance purposes. This process centralizes leave management, enhances transparency for employees, and significantly reduces manual errors and administrative burdens for HR.
How it Works?
Employee Submission
Employees log into a ESS Portal and submit a leave request, specifying the type of leave (e.g., sick leave, annual, casual) and the requested dates. They can also check their leave balances before submitting the request.
Admin Approval
The admin reviews the request at admin portal, and can then approve or reject it directly within the system.
Real-Time Updates
Upon approval, the system instantly updates the employee's leave balance, reflects the absence in the team schedule, and recalculates future balances.
Record Keeping
The system maintains a central, accurate record of all leave requests and approvals, eliminating the need for manual recalculations and reducing the risk of errors.
