In TimeTrackPk systems, "requests" refer to employee-initiated actions for time off, leave, attendance adjustments, or other work-related matters, which are then processed through an automated, multi-level approval workflow. These requests, such as for leave, work-from-home, or attendance regularization, are submitted via an Employee Self-Service (ESS) portal and are tracked, managed, and approved by managers and HR to ensure accuracy, streamline operations, and comply with company policies and labor laws.
